Refund Policy
Digital guides and patterns
Because downloads are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all pattern and guide sales are final. That said, if a file won't open, downloads the wrong product, or is missing pages, email me within 14 days and I'll fix it or refund you in full.
One-on-one lessons
Cancel at least 24 hours before your lesson for a full refund or a free reschedule. Inside 24 hours, I'll reschedule where I can but the slot may not be refundable. If I ever need to cancel, you get a full refund or your pick of another slot.
Sewing Club membership
Cancel anytime from your members page and you keep access until the end of the month you've paid for. Part-months aren't prorated, but if you were charged by mistake, email me and I'll refund it.
How to request a refund
Email threadsofjoybylex@gmail.com with the email address you used at checkout and what went wrong. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
